If the bid is approved by the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Huntsman will acquire Tronox’s TiO2 facilities in The Netherlands and certain assets in the U.S., a 50-50 joint venture interest in a TiO2 facility in Australia and associated mining and other operations, and U.S. electrolytic production facilities.
