DuPont Files Suit to Protect TiO2 Technologies

DuPont says it has filed a lawsuit in the U.S. Federal Court for the Northern District of California against USA Performance Technology (USA PTI; Oakland, CA), its business alter ego Performance Group (USA) Inc.
