Dow Corning Completes New R&D Facility in Belgium

Dow Corning says it has completed a new R&D facility at Seneffe, Belgium. The new facility, dubbed Solar Energy Exploration and Development (SEED) center, includes two buildings: a solar application center, and a silicone synthesis technology center. Dow Corning invested €9 million ($13 million) in the SEED complex.
