ThyssenKrupp to supply fertilizer plant to Hungary

ThyssenKrupp's industrial solutions segment announced today that it has been awarded a fertilizer plant contract by Nitrogénmüvek, a Hungarian producer of fertilizers. The contractor will deliver a granulation plant with a capacity of 1,550 m.t./day of ammonium nitrate (AN) or 1,960 m.t./day of calcium ammonium nitrate (CAN) and is scheduled to start operating  at Pétfürdö, 100 kilometers southwest of Budapest, in fall 2016.
