Terra to Idle Production

Terra Industries says it will idle production at its Woodward, OK and Ince and Billingham, U.K. fertilizer plants in response to weak demand. The Woodward facility, which will be idled immediately, has a capacity of 440,000 tons/year. The Ince facility, operated by Terra’s GrowHow jv, will idle ammonium nitrate fertilizer production on December 27, and ammonia production on January 2...
