Socar Invites Bids for Ammonia-Urea Complex in Azerbaijan

State Oil Co. of Azerbaijan (Socar; Baku) has issued invitations to bid for a grassroots nitrogen fertilizer complex to be built by the company’s Azerikhimya subsidiary at Sumgait, Azerbaijan.
