Sharabaika Appointed CFO of PhosAgro

PhosAgro (Moscow), a vertically integrated producer of phosphate-based fertilizers, says it has appointed Alexander Sharabaika as CFO. The position of CFO was previously held by Roman Osipov. Osipov has been named deputy CEO for business development of PhosAgro, the company says. Sharabaika was, prior to joining PhosAgro, the head of corporate finance at Uralkali, another producer of fertilizers.
