Potash conflict between Russia and Belarus escalates (Update)

Tensions between Russia and Belarus escalated on Thursday with Russia saying it will cut oil supplies to Belarus and Belarus investigators claiming they have reason to open a criminal case against Russian billionaire businessman Suleyman Kerimov, the major shareholder in Uralkali.
