PhosAgro to cut DAP-MAP, raise NPK-NPS production

Phosphate fertilizer producer PhosAgro (Moscow) says that in the first quarter of 2013 it will cut output of diammonium phosphate (DAP) and monoammonium phosphate (MAP) by more than 17%, and increase production of NPK and NPS fertilizers by more than 20%, in volume terms, compared with the first quarter of 2012. The company expects its overall production volumes in the first quarter of 2013 to be at the same levels as in the year-earlier period.
