PhosAgro reports higher production on strong fertilizer demand

PhosAgro (Moscow), a leading fertilizer producer, says production and sales in the first half of this year rose 3.4% and 3.9%, respectively. Production reached 3.08 million m.t. and sales 3.08 million m.t. The production of phosphate fertilizers increased 3.2%, to 2.38 million m.t., including 1.16 million m.t. of diammonium phosphate (DAP) and monoammonium phosphate (MAP), which rose 5.8% on the corresponding period of 2013.
