Mosaic says it will supply up to a quarter of the incremental capacity to a third party based on an existing tolling agreement with the party that contributed to project funding. Mosaic did not disclose who the third party was. The company recently completed a 400,000-m.t./year expansion at the mine at the beginning of the year (CW, Jan. 31, p. 9).
