K+S Considers Reopening of Potash Mine in Germany

K+S Kali (Kassel, Germany), a subsidiary of K+S Group, says it is looking into the possibility of reopening its potash reserve mine at Siegried-Giesen, Germany. This follows the promising results of a feasibility study that examined the technical, economic, and market aspects of a possible reopening of the mine.  The viability of the project is currently under review, by a group established specifically to carry out the necessary tests and draw up the relevant documents.
