Japanese Consortium Signs Contract for Fertilizer Project in Angola

Toyo Engineering (Narashino, Japan), Mitsubishi Heavy Industries (Tokyo), Sojitz Corp. (Tokyo), and Sumitomo Corp. (Tokyo) say they have entered into an early work agreement with the Ministry of Geology, Mining and Industry (MGMI) of Angola covering a portion of the engineering work including basic design, preparation of engineering documents and contracts, site surveys, and other work, for an ammonia and urea plant.
