Hanfeng Evergreen Forms JV to Build Fertilizer Complex

Hanfeng Evergreen (Toronto) says it has completed a previously announced agreement for a joint venture with PT Matahari Kahuripan Indonesia (Makin Group; Jakarta) and PT Sumber Agrindo Sejahtera (Sejahtera Group; Jakarta) to build and operate a production facility for slow and controlled release fertilizers at Surabaya, Indonesia.
