Elemental gives update on takeover by Dingyi, receives environmental approval for Congo potash

Elemental Minerals (Perth, Australia), a minerals exploration company with rights to the Sintoukola potash project in the Republic of Congo (ROC), said today that it has received a bidder’s statement from Dingyi Group Investment (Bermuda) for a previously announced takeover of Elemental. Dingyi is proposing an off-market takeover for 100% of the fully paid ordinary shares of Elemental at A$0.66/share.
