China Green Agriculture Reports Decreased Sales, Increased Profits

China Green Agriculture (CGA; Xian, China) says net sales decreased 4.9% in its fiscal fourth-quarter ended June 30, 2012, to $57.3 million, compared with $60.3 million in the prior-year period. Net profits, however, increased 17.9% in the fourth quarter of fiscal 2012, to $11.1 million, compared with $9.4 million in the corresponding period of the previous fiscal year, the company says.
