Belarus gives BPC new legal structure, grants it potash export tax exemption until year-end

Belarusian Potash Co. (BPC; Minsk), until recently an export cartel operated jointly by potash producers Belaruskali (Soligorsk, Belarus) and Uralkali (Berezniki, Russia), will be reoriented to coordinate Belarus's entire potash exports, according to a report from Belarusian state-owned news agency BelTA, quoting the presidential press service.
