Agrium acquires agricultural biotech firm Agricen

Loveland Products, a subsidiary of Agrium, has acquired a controlling interest in Agricen (Frisco,TX), an agricultural biotechnology firm, the company said on Tuesday. Agricen produces two of Loveland Products’ fastest-growing plant nutrition brands, Accomplish LM and Titan PBA, which are biologically derived products designed to enhance fertilizer efficiency.
