Toyo Engineering awarded contract for fertilizer complex in Indonesia

Toyo Engineering (Narashino, Japan) and Rekayasa Industri (Rekind; Jakarta, Indonesia) have been awarded an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contract by state-owned Indonesian fertilizer company, Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (Pusri; Palembang), for a fertilizer project at Palembang, in South Sumatra Province, Indonesia. The contract is for EPC services on a lump-sum, turnkey basis for facilities—to produce 2,000 m.t./day of ammonia and 2,750 m.t./day of urea—and utility facilities.
