The consortium consists of ThyssenKrupp Uhde, Toyo-Thai Corp., Toyo-Vietnam Corp., and Lilama 69-1 Joint Stock Company. The plant will be designed to produce 625 m.t./day of low-density AN and begin operations at the start of 2015.
