Chlorine production rose nearly 5% in July compared with June. 53,112 tons more chlorine gas and 23,293 tons more liquid chlorine were produced, up about 6.25% and 3.3%, respectively. However, the year-on-year production is still lagging. Combined chlorine production volumes dropped about 23% in July compared with the year-ago period. Liquid caustic soda production...
