Oswal Group Plans Oman Caustic Soda Plant

Oswal Group (New Delhi), a fertilizer and mining company, says it plans to build a $400 million caustic soda plant at Salalah, Oman. A feasibility study has been completed and construction is slated to start in the fourth-quarter of 2010, the company says. No capacity has been given.
