Olin Keeps Chlor-Alkali Plant Closed

Olin says that it will not reopen its 197,000 electro chemical units (ECU)/year chlor-alkali plant in St. Gabriel, LA due to the current economic downturn. The facility has been shut down since December 2008 for scheduled maintenance.
