Olin Declares Force Majeure on Caustic Soda

Olin has declared force majeure on caustic soda system-wide, citing unexpected operation issues as well as weak chlorine demand. The company says it will supply its customers with approximately 70% of their contract volumes, subject to adjustments, until further notice.
