Olin Completes Acquisition of K.A. Steel Chemicals

Olin says it has completed the acquisition of caustic soda distributor and bleach maker K.A. Steel Chemicals (Lemont, IL) for $328 million in cash. K.A. Steel is one of the largest distributors of caustic soda in North America and a leading bleach manufacturers in the Midwest.
