Hurricane-Hit Sites Returning to Production

Up and running: Bayer’s plant at Baytown has restarted caustic soda production. Chemical plants along the Louisiana and Texas Gulf Coasts continue to recover from manufacturing disruptions sustained as a result of last month’s hurricanes Gustav and Ike.
