Georgia Gulf Posts Loss on One-Time Charge

Georgia Gulf reported a first-quarter net loss of $19 million, compared to net income of $48.3 million for the year-ago quarter. The company posted an operating loss of $10.5 million, compared to an operating loss of $25.7 million for the first quarter of 2009.
