The company posted an operating loss of $10.5 million, compared to an operating loss of $25.7 million for the first quarter of 2009. The first quarter of 2009 included $8.0 million of restructuring costs while the first quarter of 2010 included $0.3 million of net restructuring income, Georgia Gulf says.
