FMC Continues to Curtail Soda Ash Production at Granger, WY

FMC says it will continue to curtail soda ash production at its Granger, WY facility. The company announced in April that it would temporarily suspend operations at Granger to “align production with the decreased level of U.S. exports resulting from the global economic slowdown.” The facility was expected to restart in the third-quarter if export demand picked up in the second half of the year.
