Dow Postpones Chlor-Alkali Plant

Dow Chemical says it will postpone plans to build a chlor-alkali plant Freeport, TX due to deteriorating economic conditions. Dow announced plans in January 2008 to build a long-term, reliable supply of chlorine for derivative products at the site.
