Bertolini Buys Some Ex-Snia Operations in Italy

Bertolini Group (Bologna, Italy) has acquired production facilities at Torviscosa, Italy from Caffaro Chimica. Caffaro was previously a member of the Snia group, all parts of which have been in special administration for several months.
