AkzoNobel inaugurates chlor-alkali plant in Germany, CEO confirms targets

AkzoNobel today officially inaugurated a membrane-process chlorine plant at the Höchst, Germany, industrial park, near Frankfurt. Management, employees, customers, and politicians attended the ceremony.
