The sale includes related ammonia tank and methanol terminal assets and a methanol pipeline at Beaumont, Eastman says. The deal is expected to close in the first quarter of 2011. Transaction details were not disclosed. Pandora Methanol is a subsidiary of Janus Methanol (Basel), a newly formed project development company led by former Methanex executive Deo van Wijk.
