Waxman Asks NAS to Examine Biofuels and Coal-to-Liquid Technologies

Representative Henry Waxman (D., CA) has asked the National Academy of Sciences (NAS: Washington) to convene an expert panel to examine the effect that certain biofuel and coal-to-liquid technologies would have on efforts to curb global warming and relieve U.S. dependence on oil.
