Dow's Coal-to-Chemicals JV in China Takes Another Step Forward

Dow Chemical and coal mining company the Shenhua Group (Beijing) have submitted a project application report to the Chinese government for the companies' previously announced coal-to-chemicals joint venture at Yulin, China.
