Gevo Files Additional Patent Infringement Charges Against Butamax

Isobutanol maker Gevo (Englewood, CO) says it has been granted patents covering separation technology used in the production of isobutanol and filed patent infringement suits against Butamax Advanced Biofuels (Wilmington, DE), an isobutanol jv between DuPont and BP.
