Butamax Adds Four Ethanol Facilities to Isobutanol Retrofit Efforts

Butamax Advanced Biofuels (Wilmington, DE) says it has added Big River Resources to its group of “early adopter” ethanol companies interested in retrofitting their plants to produce biobased isobutanol, a four-carbon molecule with favorable gasoline blending properties.
