Bioamber and DuPont Agree Biosuccinic Acid Derivatives Deal

Biomaterials processing firm Bioamber (Pomacle, France), a joint venture between DNP Green Technology (Princeton, NJ), Agro-Industrie Recherches et Développements (ARD; Pomacle), has agreed a licensing deal with DuPont Applied BioSciences. Under the terms of the agreement Bioamber has licensed certain DuPont technologies relating to the processing of biosuccinic acid derivatives.
