Markets :: Alternative Fuels :: Bioethanol U.K. Bioethanol Unit Planned12:32 PM MDT | July 25, 2007 | Chemical Week Editorial Staff Ensus (Yarm, U.K.) says it is building a bioethanol plant at Wilton, U.K. The plant will have a capacity of 400 million liters/year and is due to start production in the fourth quarter of 2008. Simon Carves has been awarded a contract to build the plant, which will use technology supplied by Katzen (Cincinnati). Ensus is a recently created company chaired by former BOC chairman and ICI vice chairman Rob Margetts. The company is seeking to list on the London stock...
