Süd-Chemie, Linde Form Biofuel Pact

Süd-Chemie and Linde say they have entered into an exclusive cooperation agreement to jointly develop commercial-scale technologies for the production of second-generation biofuels. The partnership will combine Süd-Chemie’s know-how in biocatalysis and bioprocessing with Linde’s expertise in chemical and biotechnological plant engineering. Financial details were not disclosed.
