Second Bioethanol Unit Planned for Vietnam

Petrosetco (Ho Chi Minh City) has signed a preliminary agreement with Bronzeoak Ltd. (Caterham, U.K.) to form a 51-49 joint venture that would build a bioethanol plant in Vietnam’s Dung Quat Economic Zone. The plant would cost an estimated $138 million.
