The facility will produce enzymes for corn-based and cellulosic ethanol for bioethanol applications. Capacity amounts were not disclosed. Novozymes says it expects to break ground later this year, with startup slated for late 2010. The company says its plans to later expand the facility to meet demand for cellulosic ethanol.
