Novozymes to Build Enzymes Plant in Nebraska

Novozymes says it will invest $80 million-$100 million to build an enzymes plant at Blair, NE. The facility will produce enzymes for corn-based and cellulosic ethanol for bioethanol applications. Capacity amounts were not disclosed. Novozymes says it expects to break ground later this year, with startup slated for late 2010.
