Novozymes Acquires Stake in Beta Renewables

Novozymes says it has acquired a 10% stake in Beta Renewables, a cellulosic ethanol joint venture owned by  TPG Capital (Fort Worth, TX) and Gruppo Mossi & Ghisolfi subsidiary Chemtex, for $115 million.
