NPRA Cautions Lawmakers on Renewable Fuel Mandates

The National Petrochemical and Refiners Association (NPRA; Washington) told lawmakers last week that increased requirements for renewable fuels, including ethanol blends, could backfire by depriving refiners of the flexibility of meeting conditions in gasoline and other markets.
