‘Humbled’ Amyris Scales Back Expansion Plans for 2012

The company will focus on higher-value opportunities in specialty chemicals for the versatile C15 hydrocarbon, leaving higher-volume base oils and biofuels efforts under previously established joint ventures with Total and Cosan.
