European Union sets 5-year antidumping tariff on US-origin bioethanol

The European Union has adopted a 5-year antidumping duty on US bioethanol that will result in a €62.30/m.t. ($83.20) net tariff applied to imports. Bioethanol used in applications other than fuel will be exempted, according to a provisional announcement from the European Commission dated 18 February.
