CHS to acquire Illinois River Energy ethanol plant

CHS (St. Paul, MN), North America's leading farmer-owned cooperative and a global energy, grains, and foods company, said on Wednesday that it has signed an agreement with Sinav (London) to acquire 100% of the company's stock, which includes Illinois River Energy, a 133-million gal/year ethanol plant at Rochelle, IL.
