Endicott, Holly Partner for Port Arthur Biorefinery

Endicott Biofuels (EBF; Houston) and Holly Biofuels (Dallas, TX) say they have formed a jv to build and operate a 30-million gallon/year biorefinery at Port Arthur, TX.
