Plants were operating at full speed and, at times, reached full capacity utilization, resulting in the highest ever quarterly production and sales. This favorable environment resulted in the "marked creation" of new jobs, for the first time in two decades, VCI says. Germany has the largest chemical industry in Europe, accounting for about 25%...
