Uralchem and Onexim gain joint control of Uralkali

Uralchem investors, led by owner Dmitry Mazepin, have agreed to buy 20% in Uralkali, the world's largest potash producer, Uralchem said today. The news follows Mikhail Prokhorov's Onexim Group's recent acquisition of Suleiman Kerimov's 21.75% stake in Uralkali. The shareholding gives the two joint control of Uralkali.
