World News and Views :: Top of the News UOP Technology Selected for Propylene and Isobutylene Plants in China12:04 AM MDT | April 26, 2012 | Deepti Ramesh UOP, a Honeywell subsidiary, says its UOP C3 and C4 Oleflex processes have been selected by Shandong Chambroad Petrochemicals (Binzhou, China), a subsidiary of Shandong Chambroad Holding, for a new facility at Binzhou, that will produce propylene and isobutylene. The new facility is expected to start up in 2014, and it will produce 133,000 m.t./year of propylene and 87,000 m.t./year of isobutylene.
